May has come to a close. Whew….there was a whole lot going on.
It’s the last Friday of the month so let’s take a look at what went on the past four weeks.
FIVE SNAPSHOTS OF MAY
Maya the dolphin turned 13! The animals’ reaction to party noise makers was one of both confusion and amusement.
While home I helped Mom make these adorable wine-themed table card holder for Kevin and Victoria’s wedding. Each table was named after a different type of wine and the corks were from bottles they have enjoyed together over the years.
Another wedding done and in the books. It was all planning all the time for our family over the past year! It was all very lovely, despite the rainy weather.
Welcome to the family Victoria!
As you’ve learned this week, packing up our Fells Point home and moving out of the city limits has occupied a majority of my time this past month. There is still work to do as evident from the picture below. After Sam cleared out the riverfront quite extensively last year, look how much has grown back!
Z is excited about doing manly things like yard work and has already started chopping, sawing and weeding.
I spent Memorial Day running the Special Operations 5K. I participated in their inaugural race last year and found it to be a great way to honor the holiday. The race benefits the Navy Seals Foundation, an organization supporting soldiers and their families.
Joined by Z and fellow Aquarium ladies.
Another month down. What does June have in store? Guess we’ll have to wait and see…
I want to know…
What was the highlight of May for YOU?
What is something you’re looking forward to in June?
