Five Things Friday The Adventures of Z and K

Over the last eight weeks I followed along with the Best Body Bootcamp from Tina Reale.

It was great: all workouts were planned for me. I didn’t have to scour Pinterest for ideas each morning, I didn’t have to think about it at all. All I had to do was to wake up and go. Now that it’s over however I need new ideas!

The only problem is that with the weather getting colder my motivation to get out from under my cozy bathrobe in the morning dwindles (especially since we have yet to turn on our heat…hooray for saving money). At least it’s getting lighter earlier, that helps!
