Z and I spent time last night planning out our meals for the week. This allowed us to head to the store first thing this morning (8:35am we were on the road). We switched things up and headed to Wegman’s for a change in scenery.
We’ve got some pretty tasty things coming our way this week. But until that time, here’s some dinner highlights of the past week:
Homemade Turkey Meatballs & Marinara w/Summer Squash
Served with side salad of romaine, grapes, pecans & red wine vinegar.
Shrimp Salad Lettuce Wraps

Maple Peanut Sesame Chicken
A recipe I’ve been meaning to make for awhile now from another RD, Kate Scarlata. Served with thyme-sesame boiled carrots (my new fave!).
After looking at the forecast for the week ahead, summer time appears to be on the horizon. Temps in the upper 80s, low 90s lead me to believe that grilling will need to happen…
